These Terms govern access to and use of the Prasar Inc. website, calculators, articles, forms, downloads and related online features. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.

General information only

Website content, articles, illustrations and calculators are provided for general information and investor education. They are not personalised investment, legal, accounting or tax advice; are not a research report; do not constitute an offer, solicitation or assurance; and should not be treated as a guarantee of return, capital protection or suitability.

Mutual fund distribution

Prasar Inc. is an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor, ARN-110081. Mutual fund transactions, where facilitated, remain subject to applicable scheme documents, KYC and other documentation, platform processes, investor instructions, prevailing regulations and the terms of the relevant Asset Management Company, registrar, exchange or transaction platform. Mutual Fund investments are subject to market risks. Read all scheme-related documents carefully. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future performance.

Calculators and downloadable reports

Calculator outputs and generated PDFs are mathematical illustrations based on the inputs and assumptions entered by the user. Actual returns, interest rates, inflation, taxation, expenses, market values and timelines may differ materially. Users are responsible for checking the accuracy and relevance of their inputs before relying on an illustration.

User responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted, the security of your device and credentials, and for obtaining independent professional advice where appropriate. You must not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with website operation, introduce malicious code, scrape restricted data, misuse forms or impersonate another person.

Third-party links and services

The website may link to client portals, transaction platforms, AMC websites, regulators, analytics tools or other third-party services. Such services are independently operated and are governed by their own terms, availability, data practices and security controls. No warranty and limitation of liability

Prasar Inc. does not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, completeness of third-party information or achievement of any financial outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Prasar Inc., its partners, employees, associates and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or loss-of-profit/opportunity damages arising from website use, inability to use the website, reliance on content or calculators, market movements, third-party services, cyber incidents, transmission failures or user-provided information. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Prasar Inc. harmless from third-party claims, losses or reasonable costs resulting from your unlawful use of the website, material breach of these Terms, infringement of another person’s rights or deliberate misuse of website features.

Availability and changes

Prasar Inc. may modify, suspend or discontinue website content or features, or update these Terms, for operational, regulatory, security or business reasons. The current version published on the website applies from the date of publication.

Governing law and exclusive jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory statutory or regulatory forum that cannot lawfully be excluded, all disputes arising out of or relating to this website, these Terms or online interactions with Prasar Inc. shall be subject exclusively to the competent courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

Severability and contact
